Rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.

Delivery Times:

Standard shipping typically takes 5 business days to arrive within the continental US.
Optional: Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

We do not have international shipping

Tracking Your Order:

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
You can track your order directly on the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.

Undelivered Packages:

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us and we will do our best to locate your package.

Inspired by my Malaysian culture, Cahaya (pronounced "cha-hai-ya") means light. Each bag is handcrafted with love and care by me, Audrey Lee, not by a factory or in a manufacturing environment, making each bag one of a kind. The interior fabric of each bag has been sourced from real batik artisans in Malaysia, showcasing a surprise pop of color.
